Build strength through control. Refine is a 60- minute low-impact, barre-inspired class that blends Pilates principles, functional strength training and controlled, high-repetition movement to improve muscular endurance, balance, posture and joint stability. 

What to Expect: Using body weight, light resistance and small props, you’ll challenge your muscles through precise, intentional movement patterns that build strength without impact. Every exercise is designed to enhance alignment, coordination and mobility while developing the endurance needed for confident, efficient movement in everyday life. Large Group Classes

Flow

Move with strength, control and intention. Flow is a 60-minute full-body mat Pilates class that emphasizes precision, mobility and core strength through seamless, purposeful movement.

What to Expect: Using your own body weight and small props such as resistance bands, Pilates circles, foam rollers or Pilates balls, you’ll improve posture, balance, flexibility and muscular endurance. Each class is designed to create fluid movement patterns that enhance strength, coordination and body awareness. Flow helps you move more efficiently, feel more capable, and build strength that supports everyday life. 

Perfect for: All fitness levels, from beginners to experienced movers seeking a challenging, low-impact workout.

Reformer Classes

Levels: Foundations (Introductory Level)- Advanced (Level 3)

What to Expect: 60-minute sessions during which you’ll develop strength, mobility, stability and coordination through purposeful, intentional movement. Using the spring resistance of the Reformer, each class emphasizes proper alignment, efficient movement patterns and progressive challenges to help you move with greater confidence, feel better in your body, release stress and tension, and improve your mobility. 

Perfect For:

Foundations- Beginners, those new to the Reformer, or anyone wanting to reinforce the fundamentals of Pilates in a welcoming, education setting.

Essential (level 1)- Participants who have completed Foundations or have some prior Reformer experience and are looking to deepen their practice.

Intermediate (level 2)- Participants who have extensive Reformer experience, can self-modify when needed or have instructor permission. As this is an Intermediate class, participants should have good knowledge of terminology and how to adjust their own equipment.

Advanced (level 3)- Participants should meet all the criteria for Level 2, be comfortable making quick equipment changes and feel confident in embracing new physical challenges to their experience.

Hybrid Classes    

Form & Force

Experience the perfect balance of power and precision. Form & Force is our signature 60-minute class that combines 30 minutes of progressive strength training with 30 minutes of equipment Pilates to build a body that is strong, resilient and moves with purpose. 

What to Expect: During the strength training segment you’ll develop muscular strength, power and bone health using functional movement patterns and resistance training. You’ll then transition to the Pilates equipment where controlled, intentional movement improves mobility, posture, balance, proprioception and alignment.

This thoughtfully designed format blends the science of strength training with the art of Pilates to enhance performance in everyday life while reducing the risk of injury. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve movement quality or feel more confident in your body, Form & Force delivers a challenging, total-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more aligned and energized.

Perfect for: Individuals who are familiar using a Pilates Reformer or have taken our Foundations class.

Athletic

Train like an athlete. Move with intention. Athletic is a 60-minute high-energy hybrid class that combines functional strength training with the precision and control of Pilates to build strength, power, stability and resilience. 

What to Expect: This full-body workout integrates progressive resistance training with Pilates based movement, emphasizing proper alignment, core stability, mobility, and efficient movement patterns. Expect athletic exercises that challenge balance, coordination and endurance while maintaining the quality of movement that defines Pilates.

Designed to help you move and perform better while gaining strength, Athletic bridges the gap between traditional strength training and Pilates while delivering a challenging, intelligent workout rooted in movement science. 

Perfect for: intermediate to advanced participants who are comfortable with the Reformer and ready for a dynamic, strength-focused Pilates experience.
